Thank You!
From my heart I wish to say Thank You to each and every person involved in the 2006 Comox Valley Makeover.

Firstly, to all the Sponsors who so generously donated their time, energy, services and products.  I cannot say enough about what that has meant in my life at this time. 
 To each staff member who shared smiles and encouragement, you touched my heart with your kindness, warmth and positive energy.
And of course to my husband Shawn and family for their love, support and patience during these months.

I will take away from this experience an array of wonderful gifts (from new teeth and eyewear to clearer skin, a fitter body and clothes to adorn that bod) for which I am very appreciative.
However, the most valuable gifts I will take with me are the wonderful relationships I have developed along the way.  That is the true gift I will hold in my heart.

Thank you all for your beautiful spirits.
May your lives flourish with happiness and that the kindness and generosity you shared with me return to your lives tenfold.
